Refund & Payout Policy

1. Purpose
WORLDFY OÜ, a company duly organized and existing under the laws of Estonia, with its registered address at Sepapaja 6, Tallinn 15551, Estonia, registration number 16668272, hereinafter referred to as “Worldfy”, outlines the procedures and terms related to refunds and returns for products purchased through its platform in this Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”).
2. General Guidelines
At Worldfy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. All products purchased through the Worldfy platform include:
- A 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers located in the European Union, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU;
- A 30-day satisfaction guarantee for physical products; and
- A 7-day satisfaction guarantee for digital products, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Customers can also access their order details, track packages, and request changes via our order lookup tool.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on the customer’s payment provider.
- Physical Products: Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Digital Products: Refunds are typically processed within 7 days, provided the content hasn’t been accessed or downloaded.
3. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:
- the day you receive a physical product; or
- the day of conclusion of the contract for digital products or services.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly and unambiguously via email before the 14-day period ends. You will be reimbursed for the full purchase price, including standard shipping, within 14 days from the day we receive the returned product or evidence of its return.
The customer bears the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include:
- Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded after providing explicit consent to waive the withdrawal right.
- Sealed items that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
4. Changes to This Policy
Worldfy reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website and will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.
5. Term
This Policy is effective from the date of publication and remains in force until amended or replaced by a new version.
