Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

WORLDFY OÜ, a private limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of Estonia, with registry number 16668272 and registered address at Sepapaja 6, Tallinn 15551, Estonia (hereinafter referred to as “WORLDFY”), describes in this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) the activities and types of goods that are prohibited in connection with your use of WORLDFY’s platform and services.

2. General Guidelines

At any time and without notice, we reserve the right to remove any materials and to suspend or terminate your account or access to WORLDFY’s platform if you engage in activities or sell goods that violate this AUP, including activities beyond your use of WORLDFY’s services.

Any capitalized terms used in this AUP shall be understood in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of WORLDFY.

WORLDFY retains the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or investigate any materials and your use of the platform at any time to ensure compliance with this AUP and other applicable terms and policies.

Our determination of whether a violation of this AUP has occurred will be final and binding. Any action taken, including the decision to take no action, will be at our sole discretion.

3. Prohibited Activities and Goods

You will not be allowed to offer goods or services related to the subjects below.

Dangerous or Illegal activities: promoting the sale of illegal goods and services, such as drugs, firearms, explosives, organs, unlicensed medical services, human trafficking, pedophilia, stolen goods from third parties, stolen or robbed, infringing intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, replicas, piracy, counterfeiting, etc.
Violence: demonstrating or inciting violence, aiming to shock or cause disgust, including, for example: accidents, natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks, fights, physical attacks, torture, protests, thefts, corpses, medical procedures, self-harm, injuries.
Sexual: related to pornography, prostitution, or explicit representations of sexual acts or nudity, or otherwise obscene or contrary to morality and good manners.
Hateful content: You may not use Worldfy’s platform to promote or condone hate or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition, or veteran status. You may not use the platform to promote or support organizations, platforms, or people that: (i) promote or condone such hate; or (ii) threaten or condone violence to further a cause.
Implying the sale or offering of shareholdings and/or businesses and/or investments: intended for the sale or offering of shareholdings and/or businesses and/or investments, or whose ultimate goal is to attract investors and not to promote information about products.
Goods with tobacco advertising: advocating smoking habits.
Pyramid Scheme: promoting pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, etc.
Promise Goods: promising to clean up a dirty name in credit bureaus and the like, promising fuel savings through a hydrogen kit, promising success in lotteries or gambling, promising to cure health problems without the backing of a recognized organization specializing in the subject, promising to increase the number of followers on social networks, likes, among others, promising to make money with social media giveaways ("Giveaway Bot", "Pix Bot").
Distribution of sensual images and videos: related to sensual/adult images or videos being delivered through Instagram (close friends), Telegram, Members Area, or any other form of distribution.
Cyberbullying: promoting threats, stalking, intimidation, insults, or abusive or humiliating language.
Restricted Goods: affected by any kind of restriction regarding its use, exploitation, or transfer of domain or ownership.
Violation of personality rights, privacy, and data protection laws: violating the privacy, honor, image, name, or any other personality right of third parties, mailing lists or personal data databases, containing unauthorized personal data, including image, voice, name, address, phone number, among others, conditioning the transaction to the disclosure of the Buyer’s personal and non-transferable password.
Products with deceptive advertising, advertisements, and external links: suggesting or improperly claiming partnership with WORLDFY when non-existent; marketed by individuals or companies that are not official partners of WORLDFY; containing only advertising; containing an external link, directing the Buyer away from the site.
Goods from fauna, flora, and derivatives: including endangered or protected species, wildlife, or domestic animals whose breeding, trade, or treatment involves mistreatment or violates applicable environmental norms. This includes animal parts or remains, traps, cages, shock collars, and other accessories for capture or training; substances harmful to the environment such as asbestos or ozone-depleting compounds; and goods associated with cross-border waste trade or made with ivory.
Goods requiring official approval: products not approved or authorized by relevant national or international bodies, or those withdrawn from the market due to safety or health concerns.
Restricted goods: items whose sale is legally restricted to specific groups, such as alcoholic beverages, without the appropriate legal disclosures.
Other prohibited goods: any items related to unlawful activities or that breach applicable laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where you operate.
Child exploitation: Any content or service that involves, promotes, or depicts the exploitation or abuse of children, including sexual content or suggestive representations, is strictly prohibited.
Harassment and threats: Content or services that harass, threaten, or target individuals with abuse or intimidation are not permitted.
Intellectual property: Goods or services that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights are prohibited.
Malicious or deceptive practices: The platform may not be used to spread malware, conduct phishing attacks, disrupt platform functionality, or engage in misleading business practices.
Personal, confidential, and health-related data: You may not upload or distribute content containing personal or sensitive information (such as credit card numbers, ID documents, or health data) without proper consent or lawful basis.
Goods with tobacco advertising: advocating smoking habits.

Use of the platform for storing or processing protected health data governed by privacy laws is also prohibited.
Self-harm: Content promoting or glorifying self-harm is not allowed.
Spam: Sending unsolicited commercial messages via the platform is prohibited.
Terrorist content: You may not offer goods or services, or post content, that promotes, supports, or funds terrorist organizations, or implies association with such entities.

4. Replicas and Counterfeit Goods

Worldfy is committed to maintaining the integrity of its platform and protecting users from illicit goods, including replicas and counterfeit items. Any goods that constitute an unauthorized imitation of a genuine product or infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

a) Replicas of goods from recognized brands;
b) Goods that use trademarks or logos without proper authorization;
c) Goods that infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

All merchants are responsible for ensuring that the goods they list are authentic and legally compliant.

Worldfy reserves the right to promptly remove any goods or services that violate this AUP and to take disciplinary measures, including suspension or termination of the merchant's account, without prejudice to other applicable legal actions.

We encourage users to report any suspicions of replicas or counterfeit products via our reporting channel: report@worldfypayments.com, so that we may take the necessary steps to ensure compliance with this AUP.

5. Changes and Updates to this Policy

Worldfy reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) at any time by posting a revised version at worldfypayments.com. By continuing to use the services or access your account after a revised version has been published, you agree to comply with the latest version.

In case of conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Use, this AUP will take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict. Capitalized terms not defined in this AUP shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use.

6. Miscellaneous

This AUP becomes effective on the date of publication and will remain valid indefinitely.
